Our top priority at SASS Revolution is the safety and well-being of both students and staff members at all times. In ensuring the safety and welfare of all individuals, the following protocols are to be adhered to:

Safety mats to be used.

Students must make instructor aware at the start of every class if any injuries are present. If the Instructor requires further information in order to be included in the activities students must endeavor to make sure this information is available.

Students may develop bruises due to the nature of the fitness, this is normal. Physical spotting will occur during the classes for your safety, if you are not happy for me to spot you by touching you, at any point, please just make me aware, this may however limit the activities we can allow you to practice each session.

SASS Revolution is a safe and supportive environment and any discrimination towards other students will not be tolerated.

Students understand that they are participating in classes at their own risk and that any accidents will be documented in the accident book and signed.

A readily accessible first aid box will be maintained on-site.
